One night, a little rabbit was sitting under a big tree. He looked up at the sky and saw the bright moon. “How beautiful!” he said.

He wanted to touch the moon, so he jumped as high as he could. But no matter how hard he tried, he couldn’t reach it.

Just then, a wise old owl flew down and asked, “Why are you trying to catch the moon?”

The rabbit replied, “I want to take it home with me.”

The owl smiled and said, “You can’t take the moon home, but you can enjoy its light every night.”

The rabbit thought about this and smiled. From that day on, he would sit under the tree each night and look at the moon, feeling happy and peaceful.

小兔子和月亮

一天晚上，一只小兔子坐在一棵大树下。他抬头看着天空，看到了明亮的月亮。“真漂亮啊！”他说。

他想摸一摸月亮，于是拼命跳起来。可是不管他怎么努力，都无法碰到它。

这时，一只聪明的老猫头鹰飞下来，问：“你为什么想抓住月亮呢？”

小兔子回答：“我想把它带回家。”

猫头鹰微笑着说：“你不能把月亮带回家，但你可以每天晚上欣赏它的光芒。”

小兔子想了想，笑了起来。从那天起，他每天晚上都会坐在树下，看着月亮，感到快乐而宁静。
