For example, instead of spending hours scrolling through social media, you could use that time to study for an upcoming test or complete an assignment early.
Another key point is setting goals. Whether it's short-term or long-term, having clear goals helps us stay focused and motivated. When we know where we're going, it's easier to plan how to get there.
But time management isn't just about being busy. It's also about taking care of yourself. Getting enough sleep, eating well, and taking breaks are all part of a healthy routine. If we don’t take care of ourselves, we won’t have the energy or focus to succeed in our studies.
